Jessica, a former student of mine, contacted me a few weeks ago to see if I could do their engagement photos, because they are doing a destination wedding in Florida in December. I was able to squeeze them in on a Friday night a couple weeks later. We met at Sweet Briar College outside of Lynchburg, VA for their engagement session because I knew the trees would be gorgeous there this time of the year.

We started their photos at the lake and as we were walking to the dock, Jessica says, “We aren’t that photogenic”. When people tell me that I usually don’t believe them. I certainly don’t believe THEM. Look at these two! They giggled the whole time! And it was photo magic! I’m so jealous of whoever gets to photograph this wedding! They are a dream.
